The personal data obtained by the aforementioned means may include: name, address, email address, telephone number, and any other data required according to the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.
DISCOVERING MEXICO will collect and process certain sensitive data. Sensitive personal data are considered those that affect the most intimate sphere of the data subject, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk to the data subject. In particular, sensitive data may include those revealing aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetics, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, and sexual preferences. Such information may be collected by DISCOVERING MEXICO from clients, suppliers, and prospective employees; and may be used to improve or meet client needs and the services provided to them, to make payments and transfers to suppliers, and to analyze and evaluate staff hiring.
DISCOVERING commits to ensuring that sensitive personal data will be handled with strict security and confidentiality.
DISCOVERING MEXICO may transfer the personal data in its possession to companies belonging to the same corporate group. Likewise, it may transfer personal data to third parties subcontracted or related to the provision of services, for marketing purposes or market studies, within and outside the country.

Such request must contain at least the following: (i) Name of the Personal Data Subject; (ii) Email address for notifications; (iii) Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, legal representation of the data subject; (iv) Clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise your right and the right you wish to exercise; (v) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data. If the request does not meet any of the requirements indicated above, the Personal Data Department may require you, within 5 days of receiving the request, to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have 10 days to respond to the requirement; if you do not respond within that period, the corresponding request will be considered as not submitted.
The response periods will be a maximum of 15 days from the date the request is received to inform you of the determination adopted so that, if appropriate, it may be enforced within 15 days following the issuance of the response. To protect your confidentiality, DISCOVERING MEXICO will send the response to your request to the email address you have provided for that purpose and will keep it available to the applicant at the address indicated in the preceding paragraph.
To access the personal data that DISCOVERING MEXICO holds, as well as to rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, or to cancel them or object to their processing for certain purposes, please submit a written request by email addressed to our Personal Data Department at info@discovering-mexico.com or a written notice to DISCOVERING MEXICO DESTINATION CLUB SAPI DE CV at calle Miguel Ángel Herrera Mz 1 Lote 18, interior 104, col. You will have 10 days to respond to the requirement; if you do not respond within that period, the corresponding request will be considered as not submitted. The response to your request via email will be provided within 20 days from its receipt, and, if applicable, will be enforced within 15 days following the communication of the response.
At any time, you may revoke the consent granted to DISCOVERING MEXICO to process your personal data by sending a written request by email addressed to the Personal Data Department at info@discovering-mexico.com, or by sending a written notice to DISCOVERING MEXICO DESTINATION CLUB SAPI DE CV, at calle Miguel Ángel Herrera Mz 1 Lote 18, interior 104, col. Libertad, Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., México, C.P. 23470, addressed to the Personal Data Department, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs, clearly detailing the data for which you revoke your consent.

To improve the quality of our services and the efficiency of our support, Discovering México may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in phone calls, messaging, and other contact activities only with individuals who have previously shared their data with us (e.g., web forms, events, authorized referrals, or contracts).
Supporting our teams with appointment management, sales follow-ups, and customer service.
Drafting and/or transcribing communications, generating reminders, and classifying requests.
Interaction analytics (e.g., detecting topics or intent) to improve response times and consistency in our service.
Identification and contact data (name, phone, email), information about your real-estate interests, your interaction history with us, and, where applicable, recordings or transcripts of calls or messages made with your knowledge.
Processing is carried out based on your consent and/or the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in providing and improving the services offered, without affecting your rights.
No decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects will be made based solely on automated processing; there will always be human oversight.
AI vendors act as Processors under contract, with confidentiality, security, and data residency/processing obligations in accordance with applicable laws. If any international transfer occurs, it will be carried out with appropriate safeguards.
Where applicable, you will be informed at the beginning of the call. The purpose is to improve service quality, enable follow-up, and fulfill contractual obligations. We keep these records only for as long as strictly necessary and then delete or anonymize them.
You may exercise your ARCO Rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and objection), as well as withdraw your consent or specifically object to the use of AI, by sending an email to info@discovering-mexico.com with the subject line “Derechos ARCO/IA”.
